The 4.0 release has the ability to add those three elements to a blog entry, which then adds the <enclosure> tag to the RSS feeds when you post the blog entry. It dawned on me late in the testing that I didn't have a way to upload the actual MP3 file. Duh. I'm adding that in for 4.1 that should be out shortly.
