Why does everyone think that email is "the" place to work? Is there some sort of workflow that will originate in Outlook or is it just because people are scared of a browser?
If this content gets into Outlook, but is never forwarded to anyone, then there is little point in doing it. Other than that, probably the quickest way is to use CFMAIL.
