Which OS/FS on which CFMX is supported does not have snapshot

Few applications use any database. Sure, it won't work with 
Access, but MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL etc. all have some 
sort of transaction log that can be used.

But it does require access to the logs, which Andy apparently 
doesn't have.
