Integration with a management console is not a requisite for "purity" since
the J2EE standard doesn't specify a management technique.

CFMX (like any other application) comes with its own management console to
manage itself.  Any integration outside of that isn't required by J2EE.

In short CFMX is a pure, certified J2EE application... but not a WebLogic
extension (and really why should it be?)
