If you're talking about creating Flash video, than you can use something 
like Sorensen Squeeze to generate Flash video from nearly any source, or the 
Flash video kit that comes with Flash MX 2004.

Heres a free Flash video player that I use for development purposes. If you 
need something like this, but a little different, let me know and I might be 
able to help you out.
