This is almost exactly what I am looking for! I just need to tweak it to load the flash movie from a url (passed by a page variable) instead of a desktop drag and drop thing ... time to learn flash I guess... I was going to just use quicktime to convert the movies (mov and 3gp) to flash video till I figured out the flv converter in quicktime was demo only :-/.
