Nope, but I believe (having never done it) that if you install Tortise SVN, you can use the explorer extensions from within Studio's file panel.
However, if you're really looking for an integrated dev environment, I'd highly recommend checking out Eclipse, and the CFEclipse plugin. Eclipse comes with very good CVS and Subversion support, and the CFEclipse plugin provides a very solid CFML coding environment. Best of all, they're 100% integrated, so you can seamlessly use the two together.
