First off, the Microsoft certification tracks are a lot more involved than one test. The MSDBA for instance is comprised of a many exams before the certification is obtained. That puts it on a different level that the CF exam but does not diminish the CF exam in any way. I don't think the Cisco exams hold that much weight unless your have one of the higher ones.
