IIRC every browser fails it currently. (The Safari and Konqueror versions that pass have not yet been released to the public.) But the CSS fixes are pretty huge. The only bugs that I know by name (Peekaboo and Guillotine bug) are in the list and I am sure that most off the other problems I have noticed are covered under the other names. The things they list as enhancements (some of which are actually bugs considering they claim to have 100% CSS1 support) are going to make life a lot easier. The biggest missing item in the list is the W3C event support.
