IIRC every browser fails it currently. (The Safari and Konqueror 
versions that pass have not yet been released to the public.)

But the CSS fixes are pretty huge. The only bugs that I know by 
name (Peekaboo and Guillotine bug) are in the list and I am sure 
that most off the other problems I have noticed are covered under 
the other names. The things they list as enhancements (some of 
which are actually bugs considering they claim to have 100% CSS1 
support) are going to make life a lot easier.

The biggest missing item in the list is the W3C event support.
