I think that the best way to deal with it is to take a lesson from 
Jochem's posts on killfiles and filters. Control your own content and 
leave people to determing what works best for them. I always try to be 
as close to professional, or at least civil as I can be on the list, 
because I don't want to be looking for a gig one day and have to 
interview with someone I've personally berated. Personally, I wouldn't 
have missed the flame war between Connie and Dave for worlds!!! I'm glad 
I didn't see it on Friday or Saturday, as it was EXACTLY what my Monday 
morning needed to get me off to a laughing start! PLEASE DON'T TRY TO 
CENSOR OUR ENTERTAINMENT. lol
