Don't assume that =) 800hosting doesn't do reverse DNS unless you ask them to (kind of obnoxious but oh well) One of the big things is to generate a Message ID. <cfmailparam name="Message-ID" value="#CreateUUID()[EMAIL PROTECTED]"> IMO, Coldfusion SHOULD automatically generate message IDs if they don't already exist, but oh well. Reverse DNS is VERY important. An SPF record could also come in handle though I'm not sure how many people are checking SPF records right now. Other suggestions previously mentioned are useful to. If you are selling penis enlargement pills, your emails will nearly always be tagged as spam. I bet a lot of people won't see THIS message now!
