If you've got access to CF7 enterprise, I'd recommend a
directory-watcher gateway on the directory where your clients upload
things... It'll be more efficient if they only upload to a single
directory incidentally... Of course, if you're a hosting company and
these are hosting clients with large amounts of space that they're
architecting themselves, then forget that approach. But if the gateway
is available to you, it won't be immediate... you may even want to
peel it back from 1 minute to 5 or 10 minutes, but that would provide
a way of synching it up regularly throughout the day.
