Don't know what version you are using, but on mx7 under "settings" then
under "Caching" at the very bottom of the page is a button that says "clear
template cache now".

I see no "Clear Template Cache option" in the Administrator.
There is a "Save Class Files" option in the cache sttings, it is
unchecked, and it makes no difference.
