We use MailEnable Professional. It does what we need and is getting better all the time. The standard version is free though I would suggest the Professional version which is only a couple of hundred dollars. It has gotten much better recently with its new flitering and SPF options. The only thing I dislike about it is it's webmail interface but hey not everything is gMail! :-)
