I've tried testing with and without the SSL Certificate - on both ends. 
Still no go.

But, I can post as a FORM either way and get the expected results.

I'm having the tech folks at the other end look at this. Something ain't 
right.

Will report back when I've got a solution (whether it's my stupidity or not)
