We've been using Serv-U FTP server (comes free with crystaltech hosting) with relative success... I've tried FileZilla in the past, but though it was buggy, since my connection from homesite kept dropping. But the same thing has been happening with Serv-U, so it's probably a router issue or something...
Why are you looking for support?
