We use Verisign Pay Flow Pro. I'm not sure how much it costs, per month or transaction, but it can't be too much or we wouldn't use it.
It was setup, in Active Server Pages, by a previous web developer that is no longer here. We are getting ready to rebuild this part of our web site and the processing will be done with ColdFusion.
