I cannot see at this stage how someone could take advantage of this, other than enter false emails/names in the mailing list.
Because a voucher (discount or dollar amount) can only be used once - then the site owners would probably care less if the person is going to the trouble of falsifying info as they still get the purchase ? Only one voucher per purchase at this stage. In terms of selling the voucher, then again I think the site owners would have no probs with this.
