Hey every one, I have around 9 web sites that all use copies of an original set of code. I have converted most of the code to use CFCs which has been a big help. I'm still having a hard time with some of the other code that is used on all the sites.
So, I was thinking of mapping a directory on the server to all the sites. Then putting all the code in it that the sites would share. Does this sound like a good idea? Are there performance issues with this idea? Are there better ways of going about this? I'm running CFMX 6.1 on IIS with about 10 million page view a month. -- Phil ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Logware (www.logware.us): a new and convenient web-based time tracking application.
