iMS is not written in ColdFusion nor does it use scheduled tasks. iMS is a
mail server that has the unique ability to use ColdFusion templates for
processing. What this means is that when mail is received at the server you
can specify a template to execute which can be dependent on the email
address that the mail was sent to. And, iMS provides you with all of the
email headers and such so that you have plenty to work with.
You can feel free to join our support list (coolfusion.com/ims.htm) and ask
around to see if you can hook up with an iMS host.
