One thing I forgot to mention - there's a lot of training that goes in if you expect your users to sometimes use web forms to update some content (dynamic calendars, etc) and sometimes use Contribute. We were really surprised at how difficult it was for some people to grasp the separation. We made an intro page, so that when someone tries to edit the site, they get this intro page first that tells them all they need to know. (I didn't do this, so I'm not sure how it works - but it's something that's done via Contribute's site administration.)
