I just followed Dave's original link.  Found, as was already reported, that the 
original language is gone.  But I then followed the "Terms and Conditions" link 
in one of the faq's and found this gem.  Can anybody really think such a clause 
is going to be legally enforceable?   

"But your honor, you can't sue us or charge us -- our terms don't allow 
MySpace, legal or law people to use our thingy!
