I know a lot of illegal sites put that kind of language in their terms. 
I think it's similar to a cop asking you if he can take a look around, and
you saying 'No'.  He can still look around, but then anything he finds is
inadmissible in court, unless he's got a warrant.  

So they're basically saying, if you want to look around and use anything on
this site in court against me, you better have a warrant...

I just followed Dave's original link.  Found, as was already reported, that
the original language is gone.  But I then followed the "Terms and
Conditions" link in one of the faq's and found this gem.  Can anybody really
think such a clause is going to be legally enforceable?
