that's why I don't use their integrated file manager. My free, open source CFFM works much better, although the current version of CFFM's integration is a little broken (I'm about to release a new version of CFFM that will fix it) http://www.webworksllc.com/cffm My problem is that I did the FCKeditor integration and had it pass URL parameters to cffm for what type of resource it was browsing for (ie, images, files, or flash)... unfortunately, FCKeditor doesn't like it when there are url parameters in those links (configured in the fckconfig.js file)... It's a minor fix of course but something I've got to take care of. Pretty much all you have to do to use CFFM is change a few settings in the fckconfig.js, make sure that cffm resides in an access protected directory (it doesn't have its own authentication), and modify CFFM's config file to specify your file directory. Unlike the built in "Send to server" functionality of fckeditor, it allows you to upload your files anywhere, and adds all kinds of other functionality like being able to rename files, resize/rotate non-interlaced jpeg files, multiple file uploads, upload zip files and unzip on the server (like if you wanted to upload 1000 images at once!), etc. I'm gonna download FCKeditor 2.2 tonight or tomorrow and work on new releases of both CFFM and BlogCFM (which, btw, is not a ripoff of any other open source product!!! ;) rick ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:229930 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
