Its actually for a pretty harmless inactivity timeout so the user doesn't loose session. Basically after the time elapsed, it pops up a screen with a warning. From that popup they then have a choice of keeping the session active closing the session or after another minute logs them out of my system gracefully.
Is there a better way to handle an activity timeout??
