I honestly do not get onto any one for MACR / Adobe information specifically. I just happen to catches bits of it here and there. The CFM related ones I get onto would be CF-TALK, CFCDev, and the Houston CFUG lists.
I probably am an exception to the norm though, I have been extremely busy the past few months so have not had the chance to keep up with much outside the scope of my work.
