So its a processor license then for SQL2005 when used in conjunction with Coldfusion as a web ap?? Even though you are connecting from ONE physical machine to the DB server using ONE account? There may be many concurrent connections/sessions, but technically its one account making those queries. Sounds like microsoft is goudging.. But since we are a Windows shop, I have no choice.
