Last I heard, someone on the list was working on a direct Open Source port of phpbb to CF. I believe it was being called cfmbb or cfbb or something like that. Not sure what the status is or if it's being continued, but it was an idea at one point.

I'm looking at this board www.phpbb.com and would love to hear from anyone in the CF community who has experience with a CF equivalent.
