So, if I were an administrator for an enterprise network of Windows desktops, I could use these tools to get some but not all of the management functionality that I can get with the tools I already had. I could also get to manage two things (Mozilla and IE) instead of one (IE, which I'd still have to manage in any case). Oh, and of course chances are there are some intranet apps that are still IE-dependent, that I have no control over, so people will probably still need to use IE for those. And if I run into any problems with these free tools, and my boss asks "where'd you get that software", I'll say "I downloaded it from some guy's site!"
