I use http://www.submitexpress.com/analyzer/ to do the word count etc on the pages to match up with the keywords and titles.
And I use http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ to double check on Keyword/phrase demand to make sure the keyword I'm trying to rank is actually worth spending the time on. This link you can also use in a custom tag like they have in some program subscriptions...I think wordtracker uses it. Could be wrong though. This seems to work fine for most of my sites.
