I'm having a problem displaying UTF-8 encoded text in CF 6.1--but only when I retrieve it from my SQL 2000 database. Other UTF-8 text on this page displays properly (I'm using <cfprocessingdirective pageencoding="UTF-8">). I know the data in the database is fine, because I've got a non-CF page which queries the database and displays the text properly. Plus, when I manually copy and paste the text from SQL Query Analyzer onto my CF page, it displays properly.
