Because I'm not using includes nor cfhttp.
These are plain vanilla CF templates that count on the application.cfm 
to set a whole bunch of variables and parameters.
Every set of templates is a sub application. Ie: select a user in the 
database, edit him, update him.
They are called in iFrames, by url or by forms.
I could pass the application name in the url, but I'm looking for a more 
elegant and safer solution.
