Using CFMX 7, I need to create a report that is built out of a number of other reports. Basically the user picks which reports they want, and they get compiled together with a custom cover page.
I'm not sure what's the best way to go about it - make a new report with all the others as subreports with conditionals around them? Or is it better to create each report separately and then join them together with a third party PDF utillity? Option 1 sounds like the best way to go, but I'm not sure if it would work. My experiences with the CF Report Builder so far have have been that it's fairly buggy and quite hard to work with. Has anyone done anything like this before?
