But, it's the antithesis of managed content. There's no reuse of content.
There's little opportunity to apply meta data. If you have multiple sites,
there's no way to let one know what the other is up to via Contribute
itself.

Don't get me wrong - we make heavy use of Contribute. We spent a large chunk
of last year working directly with the engineers working out a bug that they
didn't know existed because they'd never encountered an organization that
was managing 100+ sites at a time. It certainly reduces our workload and
helps users control their own content.

But, _managing_ content - no, not exactly.
