I believe it's a character in the attributes attribute of the cffile
tag, i.e. <cffile action="write" file="c:\blah.txt" attributes="A">
Offhand I'm not sure what character represents the archive bit. It's
not something I've needed to work with explicitly myself, but that's
where I'd start looking.
