I think it should work this way...if the host feels our conversation
is inappropriate, (which I believe it has become at this point...)
then he should say so and we move elsewhere,
however, unless you've been granted authority to make those decisions,
you should stay out of the conversation if you have nothing to contribute
to the discussion.

You're in no position to be giving orders...
