Which probably means they have a list of default pages with index.htm higher
than .cfm.

interesting... especially since an index.htm page shows up perfectly when
you use the domain name.

The site I have out there does have index.cfm set as a default...it
worked that way from the start after I deleted whatever placeholder
file they had out there in the main directory.  The domain is
ncbonboard.org...perhaps it will help if you show them that they do
have it set up correctly somewhere.
