You usually have to get an "account" with the local MLS IDX service, 
then they have different programs that you can sign up for to get a feed 
of the listings in the system, or some just have a framed-in URL that 
you put on your site.

These are usually not free, or at least I haven't found one in my area 
(Northern new England).

This is the framed-in one.  They didn't want to pay the $500 to get the 
nightly data feed.
