John: This thread was simply to help Ian (and any others interested) get an understanding of this model. No one said this was the best way to go, or even said it was necessary. I think you assumed far too much. However, thanks for pointing out why some of these concepts are not a "one size fits all" way of thinking. As is said many times on this list: whatever works for you, do it.
