I have been looking at the SDK for quickbooks...it seems like it would be very doable via webservices. There is a webconnector they provide which goes on the clients machine and can capture infor from your web app on schedule or by explicit command.
I also noticed, last time I was looking through the forums, there was a guy trying to integrate it with his cart...I think it was cfcart...anyway if you go to the developers section on intuit and then to the forums (you might have to register) and search for "coldfusion" you will see the guy's thread...maybe he has gotten it to work already.
