I found myself wishing I could have one IDE (not an editor, an IDE) to do all my coding. One day I looked down at my task bar and saw a bunch of different editors/IDEs open, and that's when I finally decided to take the plunge towards Eclipse. I do agree that it's kind of a resource hog though, but so are all of the other IDE's I've used.
