HI James, This shouldn't be a big issue for your server but if you're worried about the log file size you can limit the sze in the CF admin i think it's limited to 5000kb by default.
One other area you should look at is the coldfusion-out.log files. There is a know bug (59486: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=24039877) with log rotation which is scheduled to be fixed in JRun 4.5.
