Let's assume for a moment that I fit #1.  What time estimate would you
give for me to be able to effictively build a FuseBox app?  I'm not
talking about development time, just learning curve.  

Back to #1 above, I've been using CF for about 3 years now, and am
pretty effective at quickly developing most tasks I'm given.  I also
have a moderate understanding of OO, because I've got an IT degree, and
a lot of my classes covered OO principles (including some OO programming
classes).  And I try to use good coding principles in my projects, even
though I don't use FB/Mach II/MG/etc.
