What about administration of the server? Is that comparable to 4.5...I'm sure it's changed a lot...
The only drawback I can see to using a dev version locally is not being able to see my results on the Internet and perhaps others viewing the work. Is there a way to use a dev version of CF 7 to put stuff live on the Internet if I set a new server (hardware) to run it? -----Original Message----- From: Ray Champagne [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, June 15, 2006 1:09 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: Re: Sticking with CF... BTW, since the old CF4.5 days where installs were a real hassle, CF has come a long way. You should be able to install the dev version of CF7 on your laptop within minutes, with about 10 clicks. It'll take you longer to download it than install it.
