Uh-oh..."inferior software"...everybody duck!
Is Apache "plug-n-play" (for the most part) or is there approximately 50,000 manual, command line settings to have to conquer? I smell that open-source aroma...not that it smells bad or anything, I love MySQL... -----Original Message----- From: Russ [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, June 16, 2006 2:52 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: RE: Which version of CF should I download? This is why I am now starting to install Apache on my dev cf servers. Can have as many sites as I want, and there's no reason to use IIS unless you're using .NET (or you like inferior server software). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:243801 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
