I'm not sure if there is a limit, but WDDX is a very verbose flavour of XML, so 160K records may be pushing many things to the limit ;-)
Why does it need to be in WDDX? Would normal XML suffice? If plain jane XML is fine I can send you a CFC that converts queries or structures into XML strings (used in webservices that return structs/queries). Cheers Bryan Stevenson B.Comm.
