Might make for an interesting business. ;) A company that'll host your email
and aggressively sue spammers, sharing revenues with customers... of course
you'd have to have a pretty good legal department for it to function
properly, so the startup costs are a bit high.

And if that "reading fee" thing works, well... who needs to be in Cali!
