Given that there's a scheduled 4.5 SP 2, and I believe a 4.6 release as
well, it's not very likely that you'll be seeing CF Server 5.0, which is a
complete rewrite, any time in the near future. The 4.5.x release should get
you free upgrades until 5.0 comes out, without even getting the
subscription. I'm not a sales guy, so I don't know about the upgrade pricing
path for sure, though. If anyone's interested, I'll ask our sales director
for the answer.
