CF4.5 was a total rewrite for the linux OS, so that it is native to that OS
instead of a port:-)

That's the first I've heard anyone mention that 5.0 would be a "complete
rewrite". Wasn't 4.5 a complete rewrite? How often do they need to start
from scratch? That's genuinely sobering news if it's true and considring
all of bugs introduced in 4.5.
