ugh, when you create a new CF instance, the lib\wsconfig directory entry for it does not exist until you employ the use of wsconfig. I'll also note that use of wsconfig sets up connector logging, something you may want to know about at the individual site/vd level. A host with a gazillion sites maynot worry about this though, eh?
